Shipping Policy & Returns

Shipping (Physical Products)

Please allow anywhere between 7-14 days for your product to arrive. It usually arrives to you in a smaller time period, but due to the logistics of our poster, it may take 7-14 business days to arrive to you.

Please make sure your address is 100% correct, otherwise your item will not get to you, and we cannot re-ship, as the post office will destroy it.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for damaged items, unless they have been damaged through shipment.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange physical products you must contact us before your order is shipped. If you have received your order, you will have to pay the shipping back to us, then pay for the new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Digital Product Refunds

If you purchased as a customer, and haven't activated your serial code, and it's been 14 days, you can refund your product for any reason you can get a refund for any reason. Please contact us with your refund request. If you decide to download, activate or authorise the product within 14 days of purchase then you waive your right to a refund.

Beyond the 14 day period from purchase, if you have not started downloading, activating or authorising the product then we might offer a refund depending on the situation, please contact us first!

For any sample packs or preset packs you may refund these for whatever reason within the 14 day period we offer.
